Longevity Clinic in Westchester County, NY
Protocol Health is a physician-led longevity and preventive health clinic in Scarsdale serving all of Westchester County. We measure risk earlier than a routine checkup, with longevity blood panels of more than 30 biomarkers, a SECA body composition scan and grip strength test on site, and optional Galleri and full-body MRI screening, then turn the results into a plan.

Longevity care in Westchester, in brief
In brief, longevity care in Westchester is prevention with numbers attached. Instead of waiting for a routine panel to turn abnormal, it measures markers such as ApoB, Lp(a), fasting insulin and hs-CRP, along with muscle and strength, and tracks them over time.
Patients come to our clinic at 700 White Plains Rd #30 in Scarsdale from across Westchester County. Bloodwork, the body composition scan and grip strength are done on site; consultations and result reviews can also be done by telehealth. In short, longevity care at Protocol Health measures risk early and tracks it over time.
What a longevity workup measures
A longevity workup measures more than 30 biomarkers in Protocol Health's male and female longevity panels, going beyond the routine cholesterol panel the NHLBI describes: ApoB, ApoA1, Lp(a) and an NMR LipoProfile for cardiovascular risk; fasting insulin and HbA1c for metabolic health; hs-CRP and homocysteine for inflammation; IGF-1, DHEA-S, SHBG, thyroid and cortisol; and vitamin D, B12, magnesium, zinc and copper.
Two physical measures sit alongside the bloodwork. A SECA body composition scan separates fat from lean mass, and a grip strength test tracks strength, which in a Lancet study of 139,691 adults predicted death from any cause more strongly than systolic blood pressure. Together, the blood panel and these physical measures are what a longevity workup at Protocol Health tracks over time.
| Tool | What it answers | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Longevity blood panel | Cardiovascular, metabolic, inflammatory and hormone risk | Drawn at the Scarsdale clinic |
| SECA scan and grip strength | Muscle, fat and physical function | At the clinic |
| TruAge and TruHealth | Epigenetic biological age and cellular markers | TruDiagnostic tests |
| Galleri | A multi-cancer signal in the blood | Blood draw |
| Full-body MRI | Soft-tissue findings without radiation | Through our partners Ezra or Prenuvo |
What longevity testing cannot do
Longevity testing cannot tell you everything, and more testing is not automatically better. Galleri and full-body MRI can find things that need follow-up and turn out to be harmless (the overdiagnosis the National Cancer Institute describes), and they can miss things; the evidence that full-body MRI improves outcomes in people without symptoms is still limited. Epigenetic age is an estimate best read as a trend.
That is why results at Protocol Health are interpreted by a clinician, alongside guideline screening such as colonoscopy and mammography, rather than handed over as a report.
How longevity care works at Protocol Health
Longevity care at Protocol Health works in four steps: a consultation, testing, a plan, and re-testing.
1. Consultation. Your goals, history and family history, in Scarsdale or by video.
2. Testing. Bloodwork, SECA scan and grip strength at the clinic; screening tests where they fit.
3. A plan. Results explained, with prevention steps that may include nutrition and strength targets, medical weight loss or hormone care.
4. Re-testing. Repeat measures show whether the plan is working. The Signature Health and Longevity Assessment with Dr. Dentico is the most complete starting point.
