Getting to the clinic from White Plains

You are coming south, and there are two easy ways to do it:

  1. South on White Plains Road

White Plains Road runs south out of the city and into Scarsdale, and we are on it. From downtown White Plains it is a straight run of about ten minutes — no parkway required.

  2. Down the Bronx River Parkway

Take the Bronx River Parkway southbound and exit at Popham Road, then east onto White Plains Road. Often the quicker choice at rush hour, when Route 22 through Hartsdale can back up.

  3. From the medical district and the courthouse area

If you are coming from around White Plains Hospital or the county offices, Post Road down to Route 22 is the simplest route and avoids the downtown grid entirely.

Questions from White Plains patients

How far is the clinic from White Plains?

About ten minutes. We are at 700 White Plains Road in Scarsdale — straight down White Plains Road from the city, or the Bronx River Parkway to Popham Road.

Is there parking?

Yes — there is parking on site, which is the main reason White Plains patients tell us the trip down is easier than finding a garage downtown.

Can I come on a lunch break from downtown White Plains?

Most follow-up visits fit comfortably in a lunch hour given the ten-minute drive. Your first assessment runs about 45 minutes plus lab work, so it is worth allowing more time for that one.
