Pelham sits just south of us with a direct parkway connection:
By the Hutchinson River Parkway
The Hutch runs north out of Pelham and Pelham Manor straight toward Eastchester and Scarsdale. Come off at the Scarsdale and Eastchester exits — usually twelve to fifteen minutes.
By surface streets
Wolfs Lane to Boston Post Road and up through New Rochelle and Eastchester is the alternative when the parkway is heavy, and lands you on White Plains Road.
By Metro-North
Pelham is on the New Haven line. Changing at Fordham or coming up by car is generally quicker than working around to the Harlem line, so most Pelham patients drive.

Questions from Pelham patients
Does Protocol Health have a connection to Pelham?
Yes. Our co-founder, Joe Garvey, grew up in Pelham. Protocol Health is a family-owned, physician-led practice, and a good number of our patients come from the two villages — so this is a community we know rather than a market on a map.
How far is Protocol Health from Pelham?
About twelve to fifteen minutes by car from Pelham or Pelham Manor, mostly along the Hutchinson River Parkway. Outside of rush hour it is often closer to twelve.
Do you see patients from Pelham Manor as well as Pelham?
Yes. Both villages are a short drive from the Scarsdale clinic, and we regularly care for patients from Pelham Heights, Pelhamwood, Chester Park and Pelham Manor.
Can follow-up appointments be done remotely?
Often, yes. An initial evaluation and any lab work take place at the clinic, and from there many patients continue with telehealth follow-ups where that is clinically appropriate. Your provider will advise what your plan requires.
