Health Optimization in Yonkers, NY
Protocol Health is a physician-led clinic at 700 White Plains Road in Scarsdale, roughly fifteen to twenty minutes east of most of Yonkers. Yonkers is the largest city in Westchester County, and the eastern neighborhoods sit right against our side of the county — Crestwood is closer to our door than parts of Scarsdale are. Patients come to us for medical weight loss, hormone optimization, peptide therapy and longevity care, in person here or by telehealth once care is under way.

Three straightforward routes, depending on which part of Yonkers you start from:
From eastern Yonkers — Crestwood, Colonial Heights, Bryn Mawr
The shortest trip of any Yonkers neighborhood. Central Park Avenue (Route 100) or Scarsdale Road bring you east into Eastchester and Scarsdale in well under fifteen minutes outside rush hour.
From central and western Yonkers — Getty Square, Park Hill, Ludlow Park
The Cross County Parkway runs east across the bottom of the county and meets the Hutchinson River Parkway; head north from there. Central Park Avenue is the surface-street alternative if the parkway is backed up.
By Metro-North
Scarsdale is a stop on the Harlem line, and Crestwood is the Yonkers station on the same line — a short ride with no change. The clinic is a brief taxi or rideshare from Scarsdale station.

Can I get to the clinic from Yonkers without driving?
Yes. Crestwood and Scarsdale are both stops on the Metro-North Harlem line, so it is a short ride with no change of train, then a brief taxi or rideshare from Scarsdale station to 700 White Plains Road.
Do Yonkers patients have to come to Scarsdale for every visit?
Not usually. An initial evaluation and any on-site lab work happen here in Scarsdale, and from there many patients continue with a mix of in-person visits and telehealth follow-ups when that is clinically appropriate. Your provider will tell you what your particular plan needs.
