The Bronx connects to Scarsdale by two parkways and the Harlem line:
From the north and east Bronx — Woodlawn, Wakefield, Pelham Bay, Country Club
The Hutchinson River Parkway runs north from Pelham Bay into Eastchester; the Bronx River Parkway runs north through Bronxville to Scarsdale. Either is typically around twenty minutes from the top of the borough.
From the west Bronx and Riverdale
The Saw Mill River Parkway or Central Park Avenue north, then east across Yonkers and Eastchester. Allow closer to half an hour depending on traffic.

Wakefield, Woodlawn and Williamsbridge are Harlem line stops in the Bronx, and Scarsdale is on the same line — a short ride with no change, then a brief taxi or rideshare to the clinic.
