The drive runs southwest along the shoreline or inland on the parkway:
The Merritt Parkway to the Hutchinson River Parkway
Route 15 south becomes the Hutchinson River Parkway at the New York line and runs straight down into Westchester. Exit for Route 22 west and you are minutes from us. This is usually the calmer drive.
I-95 south
I-95 to New Rochelle, then north on Route 22 through Larchmont. Faster outside peak hours and considerably slower during them.
By train
Westport is on the New Haven line and Scarsdale is on the Harlem line, so the trip requires a change in Manhattan. Almost everyone drives, and parking at the clinic is on site.

Questions from Westport patients
Is it worth driving from Connecticut for treatment?
That is your call to make, but two things are worth knowing: the first visit is where the work happens — labs, body-composition scan and a full consultation — and eligible patients can continue follow-up care by telehealth. Connecticut is one of the states we are licensed to treat in, so ongoing care does not require the drive every time.
Do you offer PRP for joint pain and hair restoration?
Yes, both. PRP is performed by Dr. Richard Dentico, MD, a board-certified physiatrist with a sports medicine subspecialty who trained under Drs. Gerard Malanga and Jay Bowen at New Jersey Sports Medicine. Joint and tendon injections follow an examination; hair treatment follows bloodwork to rule out thyroid, iron and hormonal causes first.
How long is the drive from Westport to Scarsdale?
About forty-five minutes. The Merritt Parkway south — which becomes the Hutchinson River Parkway at the state line — then Route 22 west, is generally the easiest run.
