Route 4 east to the bridge, across to the Cross Bronx, then north on the Hutchinson River Parkway and out at Route 22. Around forty-five minutes when the bridge is behaving and considerably longer when it is not — check before you leave.
The Tappan Zee and I-287
Garden State Parkway north to the Governor Mario M. Cuomo Bridge, east on I-287, then south on the Sprain Brook Parkway. Longer in miles and often shorter in minutes, particularly at rush hour. From northern Paramus this is usually the better call.

What does a TRT evaluation actually involve?
Two morning blood draws rather than one, because testosterone varies enough day to day that a single low reading is not a diagnosis. Alongside it we check the pituitary hormones, which tell us whether the problem starts in the testes or higher up, plus thyroid, iron and metabolic markers — because sleep apnoea, thyroid disease and excess weight all suppress testosterone and all get missed when only testosterone is measured.
How is this different from a TRT clinic that prescribes from a questionnaire?
The medication may well be identical. What differs is whether anyone established the cause before treating the number, whether your haematocrit and prostate markers are monitored afterwards, and whether someone raises fertility with you before you start — because testosterone suppresses sperm production, sometimes profoundly, and there are alternatives if that matters to you.
Can Paramus patients be treated without coming to New York?
After the first visit, largely yes. New Jersey is one of the five states our providers are licensed in, so follow-ups, dose reviews and check-ins run by telehealth. The initial consultation, the full lab panel and the body-composition scan are done in person at Scarsdale, because that is where the baseline gets set.
