Wolverine Stack (BPC-157 + TB-500) in Scarsdale, NY

The Wolverine Stack pairs two recovery peptides, BPC-157 and TB-500. Protocol Health prescribes it at our Scarsdale, NY clinic only under physician supervision, after explaining that neither peptide is FDA-approved and that human data on the combination amount to four patients.

Consultation $249, or $349 with blood work.

BPC-157 and TB-500 have never been FDA-approved for any use, so prescribing them is unapproved use, not off-label use. The FDA has flagged both, when compounded, for possible immune reactions and impurities.

What is in the Wolverine Stack?

BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide derived from a gastric protein; TB-500 is a fragment of thymosin beta-4. Each has consistent animal data on tendon, ligament and muscle healing. The combination is popular, but the human data on using them together amount to four patients, so it is a decision to make with eyes open.

Who asks about the Wolverine Stack?

Active adults with a soft-tissue injury who accept that the evidence is mostly animal studies.

  • A tendon, ligament or muscle problem under rehab
  • Not subject to sports drug testing
  • Want physician oversight
  • Accept very limited human evidence

Together. Human data on the combination: four patients.

How the stack is used here

Physician supervision. Prescribed only after an evaluation, never from a dosage chart.

With rehab. An adjunct to a recovery plan, not a replacement.

Alternatives compared. PRP and shockwave are considered at the same visit.

Sports testing flagged. BPC-157 is on the World Anti-Doping Agency's prohibited list.

Deciding on the stack
