What the men's assessment measures
Testosterone is one number among many. The assessment pairs a full male hormone and performance panel (total and free testosterone, estradiol, LH and FSH, thyroid, prolactin, PSA, metabolic markers) with two physical measures: a SECA scan of fat and lean mass and a grip strength test. In a Lancet study of 139,691 adults, every 5 kg lower grip strength was associated with a 16% higher risk of death from any cause.
Who books the men's assessment?
Men who want a full baseline, with or without symptoms.
- Men with fatigue, low drive or body composition changes
- Men considering TRT who want a proper baseline
- Men over 40 tracking muscle and metabolic health
What the assessment is and is not
A starting point.
Not a diagnosis by itself. Low testosterone is confirmed with repeat morning testing.
In person. The scan and grip test need a clinic visit.
A plan, not a prescription. Treatment is discussed only if results support it.
What is included
Hormone and performance panel. Bloodwork drawn on site.
SECA body composition scan. Fat and lean mass measured separately.
Grip strength test. A simple measure of strength linked to long-term health.
Longevity consultation. Your results explained with a plan.
